Has anyone used this on a toddler for eczema? There are few effective products for eczema much less safe for ****** skin. ♀️
Hi Kristin, We usually do not recommend using adult products on young children, especially without a doctor's approval first. While most of the ingredients in it should be fine, they could be sensitive to some ingredients or preservatives. Instead, what we CAN recommend for your child's eczema is our Pure Emu Oil. We have clients who use this on their children for eczema and have had great success. I know it may seem like a weak product, especially for someone who may be at the steroid cream stage, but it has worked wonders for some of our clients and their kids. Emu Oil soothes, moisturizes, is healing, it's an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, a safe alternative for kids with allergies who cannot use nut oils, and is extremely skin compatible. It's even used in hospital burn wards for healing. I highly recommend it. Personally, when I travel, I always being some with me to use for a variety of uses; burns, bug bites, as a moisturizer and after-sun care - I've even used it chapped lips and frizzy hair! :) https://babyfacestore.com/products/100-pure-emu-oil?_pos=2&_sid=7c08f73b0&_ss=r
i gave up on serums last year because i was tired of being disappointed. this serum absorbs really well almost like a lotion! i can touch my skin without feeling it (i hate when products just sit on top of my skin especially now that we have to wear mask). no grease, no weird clumps from the product rolling around when i try to massage it in my skin. no weird smells and surprisingly it doesn’t burn at all! i have open wounds that are in the process of healing so i mean aside from the sting that comes from touching my face, there’s no negative reaction. i’m so relieved i could honestly cry. i miss having clear skin and being healthy and i’m TIRED of wasting my money on false promises. thank you so so much i’ve only used it once but i’m very familiar with the ingredients (i instantly bought it when i read “msm”) so i know this product is going to treat me very well. my only obstacle was finding a product that actually absorbed and i’ve finally found it so thank you!
Love it. Will definitely be purchasing again.
I don’t find it is doing anything to my skin. Seems like liquified aloe.
Hi Jennifer! I just wanted to add some insights. This Ceramide serum will help with reestablishing a compromised skin barrier, but if the skin is dry and dehydrated it could take a little extra time to see improvement. As the skin barrier slowly returns to a healthy status, the skin below will stay better hydrated. You can layer a moisturizing cream on top of this serum also to help speed things along. I hope this helps.
I'm so happy I found this product for my dry/irritated skin type. This truly works to repair the skin barrier and now after a few weeks of using it, my skin is glowing again. I have NOTHING bad to say about this product, it is fragrance free and comes in a fairly big sized dropper container. Less redness, and I could feel a deeper hydration after a couple weeks of using it daily. It leaves my skin so soft to the touch and plump and youthful looking. Especially the next morning. It's a lightweight formulation that hasn't broken me out or irritated my skin. You can use it at night, or in the daytime, under make-up.
