Shipping policy

SHIPPING

In-stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, unless a delay is otherwise noted on the website or if the order is being held for insufficient address or per customer request. Orders containing 12 or more items may have longer processing times as well. Please note for Express and Next Day Mail services the "1-Business Day Guarantee" begins at the time the order is shipped, and not the time the order is placed. Signatures will be required with all Overnight, Next Day, and Express shipping services, and may also be required on orders over $100.00. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. Babyface LLC will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Except in the case of Express and Next Day Mail services, which have a guaranteed delivery date of 1-2 days (depending on delivery location), we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date, only an estimated delivery date. General delivery times can vary, depending on location and availability of your local USPS carrier. Delays are to be expected occasionally. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, and to collect the order promptly once delivered. Babyface LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to insufficient or incorrect addresses provided by customer, or for theft or loss of package after carrier delivery.  

Babyface LLC reserves the right to refuse sale and shipment to any country or client for any reason. Examples: if there have been unsuccessful attempts at delivery to that client or location before, if the shipping location is an area we do not to ship to, an area where delivery is difficult, or if fraud is suspected.  

Domestic Shipping

We ship with USPS and UPS. When "Free Shipping" is selected, orders are usually shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. If insurance or signature is requested, please let us know at the time of ordering and we can add this to your order manually.

International Shipping

We ship with USPS and UPS. International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total size, weight, and value of the contents of the package. If insurance or signature is requested, please let us know at the time of ordering and we can add this to your order manually. Delivery speed varies with International shipments, and therefore we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date with any International shipment. Typically, orders are delivered within two weeks to most areas, but can take up to eight weeks if there are delays with the buyers local postal service or if there are delays in Customs. International buyers are responsible for any and all VAT taxes and or Import Duties charged at delivery. Babyface LLC does not collect international taxes at the time of purchase, and we are unable to provide you with information on your tax liabilities. It is the buyer's responsibility to know their tax responsibilities before purchasing. Shipping expenses and fees charged to Babyface LLC will be deducted from any orders that are returned for unpaid taxes or delivery refusal.
