RETURNS POLICY

Buy with confidence. Customers have 30 days from date of receipt to return any products that do not fall under our *exceptions list for a refund (see exception items below). 

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the return. Some exceptions to this timeline may apply.

Refunds are applied to the original credit or debit card used to purchase; if unavailable, then a store credit will be offered. Cash and/or check refunds are not offered, or given. Return shipping labels can be provided for your convenience, in which case a label fee will be deducted from your refund. Labels fees vary depending on the weight of the return, and at this time are only available for returns within the USA. Shipping is non-refundable and refunds do not include the cost of shipping. 

*Exception items include: gift cards, exfoliating devices, reVive light therapy devices, mesenchymal stem cell serum, medical devices, books, derma-rollers, facial rollers, foot files, body brushes, pillow cases, body gloves, sunscreen, tanning/self tanning lotions and applicators, jewelry, refill & professional size products, sample sizes, wholesale or special/custom orders. Exception items are final sale; we are unable to accept returns on any of these items. 

Abuse of returns: Products that are returned heavily used or empty will only be eligible for a 50% refund of the original purchase price. Orders of 5 or more items (kits included) that are returned damaged or used can be, at our discretion, considered abuse of our returns policy and therefore non-refundable.

Damaged items or Lost packages: In the event a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, there may be requirements for filing an insurance reimbursement claim. For lost USPS packages, there is a waiting period of 20 calendar days before a claim can be submitted. For damage claims, insurance requires photos of the damaged items as "evidence," as well as the outer packaging/box. It is the customers sole responsibility to retain ALL of these items so that photos can be submitted for a claim. Babyface LLC. shall not be held responsible or liable for reimbursement on damaged shipments when claims are denied for lack of evidence.
