Temporary Notice: Due to the impact of Covid-19, we are experiencing delivery delays of some degree to most locations. Domestic delivery can be delayed up to a few days, while international deliveries can be delayed up to a couple of weeks in extreme cases.
We ship with USPS and UPS. When "Free Shipping" is selected, orders are usually shipped via USPS. In-stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, unless a delay is otherwise noted on the website or if the order is being held for insufficient address or per customer request. Orders containing 12 or more items may have longer processing times as well. Please note for Express Mail the "1-Business Delay Guarantee" begins at the time the order is shipped, and not the time the order is placed. We do not ship on holidays, weekends, or while we are closed for vacation. Babyface LLC will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Orders that are over US $100 may have a signature required at delivery. Except in the case of Express Mail, which has a guaranteed delivery date of 1-2 days (depending on delivery location) we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date. General delivery times can vary, depending on location and availability of your local USPS carrier. Delays are to be expected occasionally.
Most orders are shipped via the US Postal Service, but we also offer UPS to many locations as it is sometimes a more secure option. In-stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, unless a delay is otherwise noted on the website home page, or if the order is being held for insufficient address or per customer request. Orders containing 12 or more items may have longer processing times as well. International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total size, weight, and value of the contents of the package. Babyface LLC reserves the right to refuse sale and shipment to any country or client for any reason. Reasons a sale may be refused is if there have been unsuccessful attempts at delivery to that client or location before, if the shipping location is an area we prefer not to ship to, or if fraud is suspected. Shipping outside the continental U.S. will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or Express Mail. Please note you will be responsible for any taxes or duties your country collects on imported goods. Delivery speed varies with International shipments, and therefore we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date with any International shipment. Typically, orders are delivered within two weeks to most areas, but can take up to eight weeks if there are delays with the buyers local postal service or if there are delays in Customs. Babyface LLC will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
NO HASSLE RETURNS POLICY
Buy with confidence. Customers have 30 days from date of receipt to return or exchange any unwanted regular sized skin care and hair care products that do not fall under our exceptions list.*
Refunds are applied to the original credit or debit card used to purchase; if unavailable, then a store credit will be offered. Cash and/or check refunds are not offered, or given.
*Exception items include exfoliating devices, light therapy devices, medical devices, books, derma-rollers, sunscreen, jewelry, refill/professional size products, sample sizes and wholesale or special/custom orders. Exception items are final sale and we are unable to accept returns.
Orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled at the buyers request, provided there is enough time to intercept and stop shipment. If your order has already been shipped upon notifying Babyface LLC, you may return the unopened package and merchandise for a refund if it qualifies per the above return policy.

All major Credit/Debit Cards are accepted through Paypal. We prefer this payment method, but on occasion will also accept US money orders as methods of payment if the buyer is not able to use Paypal for some reason. Our Terms are payment in full at time of purchase.
Currently, Babyface LLC only charges sales tax on orders being shipped within the state of California. You are expected to comply with your state’s current laws regarding purchases over the Internet. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS
Both the Client and Babyface LLC have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services, shall be refunded.
