United StatesI used the acne wash one time before and was very pleased with it. This next smells odd and doesn’t clean my face as well. The moisturizer made my face feel very dry and tight. It wasn’t a good start to apply make up afterwards.
Hi Wanda, We only have one acne face wash (the Charcoal & Salicylic) and it hasn't changed, so I wonder if maybe you used one of our other face washes previously? This kit is an acne control kit, so it is meant to reduce the over-production of oil with vitamin B5, but it's not a drying product, like an alcohol would be for example. If you find your skin is dry after using it, then I would suspect that you are not using the correct products for your skin's needs. Instead of oil reduction - you may need some moisture added? Please contact our customer service and they can help you choose the right products for your skin.
