Use once daily for cleansing skin and pores. Using a gentle touch, massage onto skin for a few seconds, then let set for a few seconds more (max 1 minute). Rinse gently with clean, cool water. Always use a very light touch on the skin when suffering from breakouts (too much rubbing can irritate the skin further). If skin becomes dry, use every other day or adjust as needed. Follow with any serums or creams.
Note: Some might experience an initial increase of acne at first, as the pores start to clear out of the sebum that is backed up in the pores. It is important to note that this is not new acne, but rather acne that was already there, festering, and is now being forced out early. Please know that this is only temporary, and once it's clear, you can start to enjoy a new complexion! Also, taking a "B5 Complex" daily vitamin can also help boost results, as it works from the inside-out.
