United StatesIt's okay, but really I was expecting a little more...I don't know, something. It's basically glorified tea tree oil, which really isn't much "oil", if you know your tea tree. It's a yellow-ish watery, slightly sticky liquid with a unique, pleasant aroma. But I was hoping for something more similar to Aurelia. Oh, well! My sister loves it, so I'm giving it to her. :) I use a lot of serums and oils, so I can't really tell if it's making a difference or not. My face is in pretty good shape - soft, only slight wrinkles (I'm 55 and take care of my face).

Yes, tea tree is one of the ingredients in this serum, and because of its unique fragrance it is easy to assume it is the main ingredient - but it's actually only one of the many high-performing actives included to address the various issues that acne-prone skin has. Retinol, Vitamin C, Sulfur, Niacinamide, Salicylic and Hyaluronic Acid are just a few of the ingredients. For those with acne prone skin, it's meant to be an all-in-one serum that helps prevent acne, treat breakouts, and repair damaged skin.

Hi Karley, It sounds like maybe your skin is purging? Skin purging occurs when using an effective product that increases the skin cell turnover rate. Products that actively speed up the process of the skin cell turnover cycle will help reveal healthier skin cells, but not without first “purging” all the gunk that was already residing underneath your skin. This gunk includes flakes of dry skin, already present buildup, and excess sebum. Since the Skin Fix Serum is increasing the rate of skin cell turnover, all of that existing gunk will rise to the surface of your pores quickly. New acne can sometimes make people question whether or not to stop using their new product, but purging is a necessary process that your skin must go through to adjust to new skincare products. The end result is clear skin and fewer breakouts going forward. The good news about purging is that it’s temporary, the side effects are shorter than your standard breakout, and it’s ultimately a sign that the products you just introduced to your face are working as advertised.
United StatesIf you are older like me and still get breakouts you need to try this!! This is my second bottle of this product. It's amazing! My skin LOVES this serum. It's non-sticky and goes on velvety smooth. I would bathe in the stuff if it wasn't so expensive! But worth every penny spent. One of my favorite stores for skin care. United StatesI love the healing aromatherapeutic properties of this product, usually you’d expect a harsh, abrasive formula for acne but this is the opposite. I’m no longer suffering from painful breakouts but I definitely recommend this for those of you who are.
