Babyface's Detoxifying Charcoal Mask for acne prone skin is the perfect "spa treatment" for freeing our skin of pollution, dirt, and debris that clog our pores.
It flushes out environmental toxins, dirt, and debris that can clog pores and cause skin to look dull. It's hydrating, too, so it replaces lost moisture. This is especially helpful for anyone using acne treatment products that may dry the skin.
Activated charcoal detoxifies the skin by pulling impurities from our pores. Highly moisturizing, it contains powerful hydrating ingredients such as vitamin B5, rooibos, hyaluronic acid and aloe vera. Niacinamide helps fight acne and salicylic acid keeps pores clear and clean. Green Tea and Vitamin C are antioxidants to assist in fighting free radicals.
Formulated for normal to oily skin types, specifically blemish prone skin.
Application: Apply a warm, damp towel to your face for a few minutes to gently open pores. Dispense some mask into palm, then gently apply mask in a thin, even layer and let sit for 5-10 minutes (time is adjustable to suit your own skin's needs). There are not a lot of fillers in the mask, so it is on the thin side. This allows the mask to sink deeper into pores. Rinse thoroughly with cool/warm water when time is up. Tone and moisturize as usual.
Note: Some might experience an initial increase of acne at first, as the pores start to clear out of the sebum that is backed up in the pores. It is important to note that this is not new acne, but rather acne that was already there, festering, and is now being forced out early. Please know that this is only temporary, and once it's clear, you can start to enjoy a new complexion! Also, taking a "B5 Complex" daily vitamin can also help boost results, as it works from the inside-out.

United StatesThis is my 3rd product I've bought from BabyFace and so far they have all worked as stated so please try more of their products. I bought this mask and tried it last night as directed. Today I kid you not, I literally checked my face in every mirror in my house and car. I could not stop looking and smiling at my skin! Wow! I want to use it again tonight but don't want to overuse and irritate my skin. I also highly recommend their 30% salicylic acid peel. I did that a few days ago and believe it contributed to my renewed skin. Also their retinol night cream was applied after this charcoal mask. This is a must buy!

Smaller than I expected, but a little goes a long way, so I feel like its worth the price. I feel an immediate improvement in the texture of my skin after I use it. It says to use 3-4 times a week, but I've been using everyday with good results. I would definitely recommend.
