• Matrixyl 3000 - Fragments of the collagen molecule, these peptides work over a period of time to stimulate collagen production in the deep layers of the skin. Increased collagen production helps to repair flaws like fine lines and wrinkles on the surface of the skin for a younger, smoother look, and is a great ingredient for an eye cream. These peptides are found most often in high-end anti-wrinkle creams, eye creams, and serums. Because of their synergistic effect, when combined with other active ingredients, these peptides are especially effective in helping dark circles fade away and continued use helps keep them from coming back. Matrixyl 3000, and the original Matrixyl, both are based on peptides that stimulate the synthesis and replenishment of the skin matrix (the skin’s structural framework).

• Eyeliss - Eyeliss is a combination of 3 active molecules in solution: – Hesperidin methyl chalcone: decreases the capillary permeability. -Dipeptide Valyl-Tryptophane (VW): increases lymphatic circulation. -Lipopeptide Pal-GQPR: improves firmness and elasticity, decreases inflammatory phenomena. • Bearberry Extract - As with other skin lighteners, bearberry blocks the formation of color pigments. By stopping the pigment from being produced, it eventually wears off and leaves a smoother, lighter appearance to the skin. Bearberry also increases the cell turnover rate and because it is an excellent antioxidant, it works to fight free radicals.

• Caffeine - Helps reduce wrinkles caused by aging and dry skin. The caffeine can also help tighten your skin to make it look younger and more refreshed, and is a diuretic and helps to “de-puff” and reduce swelling while increasing circulation to alleviate and brighten dark circles. • Tranexamic Topical Acid - Dark spot lightener. Tranexamic acid is a type of amino acid that has an anti-plasmin effect that suppresses plasmin, an enzyme that causes inflammation. At the sites of dark spots, activated melanocytes continue to produce melanin even when not subjected to ultraviolet rays, and so the dark spots remain. Focusing on this phenomenon, it was discovered that dark spot sites are in a chronic state of mild inflammation and melanocytes continue to be activated. Tranexamic acid reduces this inflammation peculiar to dark spots to decrease the pigmentation.
