Usage: Massage onto wet skin using upward, circular motions, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use with fingers, cloth, or facial brush. Suggested use is 2-3 times weekly for normal or oily skin, or 1-2 times weekly if you have overly sensitive skin. Rule of thumb is to just start slow, and adjust as needed to your own skin type. Some people can use it daily without irritation, while those with delicate or sensitive skin might only be able to use it once a week.

Cautions: Keep out of nose and eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse well with water.

Cautions: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product. Keep away from the eyes. If your skin is very sensitive, try a small area first and wait 24 hours. Although rare, should you should experience any irritation or an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a physician. It is NOT recommended to treat sensitive areas or skin that is irritated or broken. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
